Monday:     High Incline Walking: 45min @ incline of 6 or higher (+weight vest)
Tuesday:     6 rounds: ½ mile sprint followed by 250 skips of the jump rope
Wednesday:     Rowing Sprints: 12 @ 250m 1 min rest between
Thursday:     High Incline Walking: 45min @ incline of 6 or higher (+weight vest)
Friday:         Rowing Sprints: 8 @ 500m 1-2 min rest between
Saturday:     5k (3.1miles) as fast as possible
Sunday:     REST

*Modify this program as necessary to meet your current physical condition.
