Monday:     High Incline Walking: 40min @ incline of 6 or higher (+weight vest)
Tuesday:     10k run (6.2miles)
Wednesday:     Sprints: 15 sec on 15 sec off for 20 min
Thursday:     6 rounds: ½ mile sprint followed by 250 skips of the jump rope
Friday:         Rowing Sprints: 10 @ 500m 1-2 min rest between
Saturday:     5k (3.1miles) as fast as possible
Sunday:     REST

*modify the program to meet your current fitness level.
