September ‘12 Cardio:
Monday:     High Incline Walking: 45min @ incline of 8 or higher
Tuesday:     Rowing Sprints: 12 @ 250m 1 min rest between
Wednesday:     Sprints: 10sec on 20sec off for 30 min
Thursday:     Stairs Building or Parking Garage, or Parking Garage Ramp Run – 45 minutes
Friday:         Rowing Sprints: 8 @ 500m 1-2 min rest between
Saturday:     5k (3.1miles) as fast as possible
Sunday:     REST
