July ‘12 Cardio:
Monday:     Stairs, Building or Parking Garage (as many flights as possible in 30 minutes)
Tuesday:     Rowing Sprints: 8 @ 500m 2 min rest between
Wednesday:     5k (3.1miles) as fast as possible
Thursday:     Stairs, Building or Parking Garage (as many flights as possible in 20 minutes)
Friday:         Rowing Sprints: 12 @ 250m 1 min rest between
Saturday:     5k (3.1miles) as fast as possible
Sunday:     REST

*Modify this program to meet your current fitness level.
