April ‘12 Cardio:
Monday: Incline Walk: 40 min @ 3.8 mph+ incline of 8+ (with 20lb weight vest)
Tuesday: Sprints: 15sec on 15sec off for 30min
Wednesday: 5k (3.1miles) as fast as possible
Thursday: Jump Rope 1min jump 30sec rest for 20 minutes; 10 min run
Friday:  Rowing Sprints: 12 @ 250m 2 min rest between
Saturday: 5k (3.1miles) as fast as possible
Sunday: REST

* Modify intensity as necessary to meet your needs and current fitness level.
