March ‘12 Cardio:
Monday:            Row 6000 meters
Tuesday:            Sprints: 30sec on 30sec off for 40min
Wednesday:     5k (3.1miles) as fast as possible
Thursday:         Stairs 30 minutes (the real thing)
Friday:               Rowing Sprints: 10 @ 250m 2 min rest between
Saturday:          5k (3.1miles) as fast as possible
Sunday:             REST

* Modify intensity as necessary to meet your needs and current fitness level.
