February Cardio Program

February Cardio:
Monday:     High Incline Walking: 60min @ 3.4mph or faster, incline of 6 or higher
Tuesday:     Sprints: 15sec on 15sec off for 30min
Wednesday:     5k (3.1miles) as fast as possible
Thursday:     Stair Climber 60 minutes
Friday:         Rowing Sprints: 16 @ 250m 1 min rest between
Saturday:     5k (3.1miles) as fast as possible
Sunday:     REST

Not many new changes to this month from the last month, but a complete overhaul is not always necessary.  Work on improving week by week!

* Modify activities to fit your ability/conditioning level as necessary.
