January ‘12 Cardio:

Monday:     Sprints: 30sec on 30sec off for 45min

Tuesday:     High Incline Walking: 60min @ 3.4mph or faster, incline of 6 or higher

Wednesday:     5k (3.1miles) as fast as possible

Thursday:     Stair Climber 60 minutes

Friday:         Rowing Sprints: 16 @ 250m 1 min rest between

Saturday:     5k (3.1miles) as fast as possible

Sunday:     REST
