Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 12

Alternating Quadruped: 20

Single Leg Deadlifts: 12/leg

Push Ups: 12

Side Plank: 30sec/side

Bulgarian Squats: 12/leg

Body Rows: 12

Plank: 1min

3 Rounds of each circuit before moving on to the next.
