Today’s WOD hits your entire body and will also help get your heart rate up so you are burning more calories.

Try this:

Personal Training Tip

Be sure to carry  a pair of dumbbells on the walking lunges.  Keep your weight on your front heel and your chest up so that you don’t strain your back or knees.
