I’m a personal strength trainer with six years of experience working with athletes, professionals, students and anyone who wants to get into better shape.
My certifications include:
NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist (2011)
NASE Speed & Explosion Specialist (2011)
I currently train at The Arena District Athletic Club in Columbus. My specialties are weight loss, supporting fitness for busy professionals, and strength conditioning for athletes. I am also a part-time Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Donskov Strength & Conditioning. From October of 2009 to March of 2010 I volunteered with The Ohio Sate University strength & conditioning staff. I previously trained at D1 Sports from March of 2010 to January of 2011.
I’m a 2005 Miami University graduate with a degree in Exercise Science. I recently earned my Master’s degree from California University of Pennsylvania with a focus in Sports Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention.
In the near future I would like to work for The Ohio State University’s Strength & Conditioning Program or The Columbus Blue Jackets Strength & Conditioning Program.
I love working out and helping others achieve their goals by improving their fitness.
I am a huge sports fan and love watching the Columbus Blue Jackets.
